Mr. Smart joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1973 and has over 25 years of Property/Asset Management experience, and has received the BOMA designation of "Real Property Administrator". Specializing in third party management assignments, he is recognized in the industry as a specialist and expert in property turnarounds and efficiently managing properties within budget parameters. Additionally, Mr. Smart's technical knowledge and experience with building operating systems has proven invaluable to our customers. Mr. Smart is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
