Jane joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 2001 and has more than 12 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate.  She has a broad base of experience representing both small entrepreneurial businesses as well as Fortune 500 corporations.  Her extensive background is in all sides of a transaction through representation of tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers on a local and national level.

She attended Indiana University and is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.  She is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) candidate, and is a member of the Board of Directors, currently an officer serving as Vice President of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and a Member of Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).

Jane has represented her clients in over $150 million dollars worth of real estate transactions.  Her experience enables her to assess client’s needs, focusing on professional representation and a high level of customer service.  Her approach is proactive and hands-on while remaining committed to the best interest of her client.
