Mr. Cooper has spent over 25 years in the financial aspects of real estate developments and operations. He joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1986. His responsibilities include commercial banking and mortgage banking and treasury functions financial analysis, budgeting and reporting for developments; establishing financial statement and income tax policies; property and health insurance evaluation and placement; prospective tenant credit evaluation; plus the maintenance of computer systems for general ledger and property management programs.
He received an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, a BS degree with honor from Bradley University, and is an Illinois CPA. Dale is also a five time Club Tennis Champion of Hinsdale Racquet Club and a member of four USTA League State Championship Teams.
