Ms. Kennelly joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1990 and directs
the firm's AutoCAD based Space Planning and Interior Design Department. Ms.
Kennelly has over 20 years experience in the design and space planning of
Commercial/Industrial space throughout the Chicago Metro marketplace.
Her responsibilities include the
creation of functional state-of-the-art office space that meets
or exceeds client's expectations insuring long term functionality
to every space designed for an Arthur
J. Rogers & Co. client.
Additionally, she either designs or oversees the interior design
elements of each client's space to ensure that life/work environment
creates a productive and profitable work space. Her coordination
and scheduling of all space finishes ensures on-time delivery of
a client's space is her number one final priority.
Ms. Kennelly has been an integral
part of the design and planning of numerous space projects for such
firms as, British Airways, DePaul University, Marriott Corporation,
Xerox Corporation and TCF National Bank. The firm's clients rely
on her and the professional staff she oversees for space planning
finish selection, design coordination, and furniture selection as
a bundled or unbundled seamless process to ensure the utmost in
productive work environments.
Ms. Kennelly received a Bachelor
of Education degree from Southern Illinois University, and an Associates
degree in Interior Design from Harper College. She is s licensed
Interior Designer in the state of Illinois. As member of the American
Society of Interior Designers (ASID), she serves as a Board Member
of the Chicago Chapter of ASID. Additionally, Ms. Kennelly has achieved
the prestigious National Council for Interior Design Qualification
(NCIDQ) and has served on the National NCIDQ Board of Qualifications
Jury since 1999.
