Ms. Caveney joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1991 and has worked as a commercial real estate broker, focusing on providing corporate real estate services. She has represented a diverse group of owners including major pension funds, limited partnerships and local investors. Ms. Caveney also exclusively represents various medical facilities for lease and/or dispositions, in addition to medical groups acquiring build-to-suit properties for lease or ownership. Her clients include Western Southern Life Insurance, HeartCare Center of Illinois, Loyola and Nehal Psychiatric Group, Inc., who she recently represented in their land acquisition, development and leasing of Woodgrove Professional Center.

In addition to her career success, she is a graduate of Saint Xavier University and is continuing her education in Business and Speech and Language Pathology. In addition, she is pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and her Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
