Mrs. Schmitz joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 2005 and is currently responsible for the leasing and marketing of O'Hare Office Center in Des Plaines, and 1440 Renaissance Drive in Park Ridge.

Mrs. Schmitz received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She spent her professional time before Real Estate as a buyer for a small boutique in her hometown of Chapel Hill, NC.
