Arthur J. Rogers & Co. dates back to 1945, near the end of World War II when Chicago and its suburbs entered a period of phenomenal economic growth. In that promising, yet challenging climate, Arthur J. Rogers & Co. was founded as a real estate development/construction company.

Early in the 1950's, the company began its first large scale project in the northwest suburbs. After subsequently purchasing several tracts of prairie land near O'Hare International Airport during the latter 1950s and early 1960s, Arthur J. Rogers & Co. went on to play a major role in the evolution of the area from grasslands into one of the country's most vibrant commercial corridors.

Throughout the 1970s, the firm continued to develop both industrial and office properties in the northwest suburbs, achieving a reputation for unparalleled quality and service to its clients in the process. From the late 1970s through the 1980s, the organization then expanded in an orderly fashion with the addition of key personnel and specific professionals, all dedicated to providing a level of service few achieve and none can surpass. During this same time, Arthur J. Rogers & Co. began and built it's third party property management, construction, and leasing staff, positioning themselves as a major force in the Chicagoland market.

From the 1980s forward, Arthur J. Rogers & Co. has continued its development as a full-service real estate company. The firm currently employs over 150 skilled professionals, from property managers to electrical contractors. Arthur J.
