Ms. Rogers joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1977 and is responsible for the sales and leasing of industrial and office properties. She is experienced in working with institutions, investment groups and property owners and tenants. She has assisted many owners and tenants in build-to-suits as well as the repositioning or disposition of industrial buildings, vacant land and office buildings.

Ms. Rogers graduated from Drake University in 1974 with a degree in Journalism. In 1981, she was the 4th woman in Illinois to receive the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the National Association of Realtors, one of the highest designations given to individuals specializing in commercial/industrial real estate. In 1997 she received her Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation. She is also active in:

Martin Paterson
Vice President

Mr. Paterson joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1974, and is currently responsible for the leasing and marketing of Rogers Industrial Park – Elk Grove Village which totals more than one million square feet. Again concentrating on industrial buildings and vacant land, Mr. Paterson also performs tenant and landlord contract representation for leasing, sales, investments and sale-leasebacks throughout the Chicago area.

Mr. Paterson received his Bachelor of Science Degree at Southern Illinois University's School of Business.

Carole Caveney

Ms. Caveney joined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 1991, and has more than 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. As a commercial real estate broker, Ms. Caveney specializes in the leasing and sales of office and commercial properties as well as land sites. She has focused on providing corporate real estate services for a variety of users including major pension funds, limited partnerships, and local entrepreneurs and investors. Ms. Caveney's clients have included Weber Stephen Products Co., Western-Southern Insurance, HealthCare Center of Illinois, Loyola, Nehal Psychiatric Group, Northwestern Business College, and Combined Investments. She has also assisted various Advocate medical practices specializing in sports medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics.

Ms. Zannis rejoined Arthur J. Rogers & Co. in 2005, and has over 30 years experience in the operations of Leasing, Executive/Property Management and Administration. Ms. Zannis' responsibilities include all leasing, marketing and property management activities for Rogers Business Parke – Elgin which consists of four, flex buildings totaling 250,000 square feet in Northern Kane County. In addition she assists clients with lease/sale negotiations of third-party owned properties in the North Kane/I-90 and McHenry counties submarkets.

In addition to her career success, she is an active member and currently serves as President for her church in Elgin. She also serves on the Ambassador Club with the Elgin Area Chamber.
